Dressing game
Have two sets of clothes eg. ぼうし、ティシャツ、ズボン、etc. Put the clothes in two bags at the back of the class. Divide the class into two groups. Select one student from each team to go to the front of the class. Say a piece of clothing in Japanese ie. ぼうし. Both students run to their bag of clothes and the first person to put it on gets a point for their team. The team with the most points wins. (For an extra challenge or extra points get the fastest student to make a sentence with the word ie. ぼうしをかぶっています。)

Disappearing clothes (bingo game)
Students draw a face in 10 circles. The teacher then describe someone’s clothes and their colours (one from the left column and one from the bottom row) ie. akai kutsu o haiteimasu. あかいくつをはいています。The students check if he/she has drawn a face in the circle corresponding, if so then it is crossed out. (Similar to bingo). The first person to cross off all of their 10 faces and yells ‘Disappearing clothes’ wins!

Guess who
In pairs (or as a group) students select a person and describe what he/she is wearing. The other students guess the person being described.

Hebi to Hashigo CLOTHES
Play snakes and ladders. When students land on a piece of clothing they say the name in Japanese. When they land on a person they describe what they are wearing in Japanese. When they land on a question they try and answer it correctly.
